In your latest screenshot, I have noticed an ID which is automatically generated by Tabs (Visual Composer element) and you must not do anything with it.
If is not what you mean and you refer to something else, please try to use Google Translate and provide more details about what you want to achieve so I can understand it.

I guess that you want to add the link for your each tab and when you will push the tab1, for example, take you in the certain category which you have set it and for tab2, another category and so on, right? Please notice that you must not change that ID ->http://screencast.com/t/LevC5Buz8VU because this is automatically generated by the Visual Composer and it will have to be unique. So, if you want to display another category in your each tab, you will have to set a block for every tab and you can set it by a certain category. Please follow these steps ->
