Pagination, Prev Next Button – Change color

I would like to change the color of the Pagination buttons & Next Prev Buttons. They are pretty light in color by default. Readers comments that they usually miss these buttons while scrolling.

Suggest the option that
1) How can I change the Border of those buttons
2) Change the Next or 1 or 2 COLOR & Bold them.
