Newapaper theme’s administration (wp-admin) is not working.

Most of the time it is “This site can’t be reached.” but home page is working ….kindly HELP

I have checked your website URL and I saw that your site is working fine now, as you can see here -> http://screencast.com/t/t449m4E1k If this problem will reappear, please notice that this type of error might come from your untested plugins which interact with the theme and cause these problems. To avoid this, please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches, purge CDN file is your are using the CDN system and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out this conflict.

Thanks for your reply.
The issue is with administration page not with home page. And i have already done removing my plugin and clearing the cache. Could please give some solution for this.
