tagDiv Social Counter not working

After update tagDiv Social Counter is not working – I have versio 3.1 – all is blank.

Actually, it’s easy to fix. Delete the plugin from your admin panel, and the install it again through the zip file you can find in Newsmag\includes\plugins\ folder . Same as visual composer https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-visual-composer-plugin-wpbakery/

thanks… I refreshed the cache and cookies, also waited a few hours (from yesterday to today) and it started working, I suppose the Facebook counter doesn’t refresh live?

Social Counter send a request to facebook at each 3 hours but if you’re using cache the time may be bigger. However after the caches are emptied the counter should be updated.
