Mobile Theme Appearing on Desktop i don’t know why…. as recommended i am using the wp supercache plugin only
and also menu dropdown was not working on website when it loads on mobile or tablet
why this is happening
PS : presently i de-activated the mobile theme plugin. as a FAN of NewsPaper theme i was sad for what happened to me it’s confusing if some times it is loading as a mobile theme on Desktop

Please ensure that you have correctly updated your theme to the latest version of it only via FTP because this is the surest method in this regard. Please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches (server cache), purge CDN file if you are using the CDN system and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins. Please notice that our theme is a complex one which has a lot of code lines. I suspect your problem that comes from these updated plugins which interfere with the code source of the theme and cause a lot of unknown issues through the theme. As you can see, our theme has the own tested plugin, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/VuUrLqFI1 with the theme working as properly.
Please try my advice and check the theme to the default state (only with bundled plugins) and see how it goes.
Also, if your problem is still there, please try to make a new clean install from scratch and install there the latest version of the theme and check the results and check how it behaves the theme with default settings.

I had done everything. followed each and every step deactivated all plugins and just installed bundled plugins only what i observed is ” If a Page loads on Mobile or Tablet First it loads in mobile/Tablet Theme then in Desktop also it is coming like that Mobile/Tablet post/Page so the First Loaded Content is only displaying but in mobiles definitely it’s coming as Mobile Theme but in Desktop it’s failing always if it previously loaded on a Mobile/Tablet”

I cleared all the caches am not using the CDN services.
Really I Love Newspaper Theme & i adore Tagdiv team i’m so much satisfied with the Theme. From So Many days am waiting for this NewsPaper Mobile Theme Settings Option in ThemePanel but still am unable to understand why it was happening

I have checked your website again and I have noticed in your source page that you are using the Jetpack plugin. Please try to disable it because it seems that this type of plugin to be a problematic one and might cause a lot of unknown issues. Please notice that the Jetpack is very complex and has a lot of modules and not of all are tested with our theme. Try to rule the theme without these untested plugins, clear all your caches and check the results.
Also, if you problem is still there, please try to make a new clean install from scratch with the latest version of the theme and try to change the theme only with the default settings and see how it goes.

i activated it so now i de-activated each and every plugin. i just kept only 4 plugins active
visual composer,tagdiv social counter,tagdiv Mobile Theme Plugin, and wp super cache plugin still am facing this problem if a page/post/category/tag loads first on Mobile/Tablet in desktop also its coming in a mobile view it is unable to find the device screen size

If a page/post load first on Mobile/Tablet it is showing Mobile/Tablet Theme on Desktop also chek it once please why it is unable to find Desktop

I have checked your website I have cleared all your caches, purged CDN and the problem was solved as you can see here -> http://screencast.com/t/wqvbSkiE -> http://screencast.com/t/wqvbSkiE In the future, if you will had some related issue please notice that you will have to clear all your caches and CDN files in order to achieve best results. Also, if you are using a lot of caching plugins, please keep in mind that these might interfere with the theme and create a lot of unknown issues, like this.

Please keep in mind that problem happens due your untested plugins. Please try to clear all your caches and purge CDN file as I have explained you above and the theme should start working fine because every time when I accessed your backend and did these steps the theme have worked as properly.
