I’m running the latest update. No matter what option I pick when trying to build my page, nothing happens. Help.

Please ensure that you have fully updated your theme to the latest version and also, all the required plugins has been updated to the latest version of them (Visual Composer 4.11.2 and Social Counter 4.1) only via FTP because this is the surest method for theme updating. Please make sure that this type of problem does not come from your untested plugins and to avoid this case, please try to disable all the plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme. Please check the parameters from your system status to be higher increased in order to achieve the best result. I’m running theme version 7.1.1
I’ve disabled all plugins except the suggested plugins.
I’m running Visual Composer 4.9.2 but it says it is up to date. How do I go about getting 4.11.2? My social counter is Version 3.1, how do I go about getting 4.1 when it says it is up to date?
I’ve cleared cache. My Cache plugin isn’t even turned on.

Please notice that all of the required plugins come bundled with our theme. So, please ensure that you have the latest version of the theme (Newspaper 7.1.1) and then you will have to remove your old version for required plugins from the panel, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/wMB5XdA5 and then you will have to install the newer version of Visual Composer and Social Counter from the Plugins Area, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/EbezA901Cy6 Try to clear all your caches and the theme should work as expected.
