Facebook Social Counter has stopped working on my site. I updated the theme, all plugins, and the social counter to the latest versions and it’s still not updated. I also cleared all caches and waited for a few days.
These are the versions I have installed:
Theme version 7.1.1
Social Counter version 4.1
Visual Composer version 4.11.2

Please make sure that you have added the correct Facebook ID and also, you have set your Social Counter according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-social-counter-tutorial-2/ Try to clear all your caches and test it again.
