It has been cut by either plugin or theme. I have uploaded the full-width image for this cover page. I can’t make a mistake in it as this is a website name. So there is not doubt and have cross checked to that image has been uploaded with full width.
I am trying to go through your links but if can’t find any solution then would get back to you here. Hope will get the solution as it is going to be frustrating for my users.

Please try to upload another image to see if it still gets cut, as i have tested this on my end again but there is no cutting of the image except for cropping: http://screencast.com/t/PbLBJHoQNKq. Maybe you should try a different aspect ratio of your image and add a bit of height to it. I can’t say for sure as we are not the plugin authors. It works fine on our end.
