Hi,
You need to update your theme to 7.1.1. as it comes in the theme package. Then remove your current plugin and install the one from the archive you download from envato

Thanks….I’ve done that now and the social counter and theme are both up to date (7.1.1 & 4.1), but still no luck. Twitter count works, but Facebook and Insta still showing 0. I deleted the social counter from the page and placed a new one, including adding all the app data for the Facebook feed, with no luck.
