Block Ajax filter wonky inside accordion

I have an accordion placed on one of my pages, and it’s the full width (minus the sidebar, so 2/3rd). I have the filter set up for a single category, and then the Ajax filter set up for tag IDs (video, document, web). Normally, when using the Ajax filter, as many categories show as is made possible by the width of the container, and when the page width is shrunk, it pushes categories into a More drop down. It’s responsive, and works perfectly.

However, when placed inside the accordion, the More drop down appears first, even if there is plenty of space to display all categories. When you resize the window, the More drop down disappears and the categories show properly–even when you make the page full screen, the More drop down does not reappear (until the page is refreshed). If there are enough categories to be wider than the block, then the categories overflow onto the block title, and then down a line–the More drop down does not reappear (until the page is refreshed).

I tried playing with the different Responsive Column Settings and still couldn’t get it to work properly. Is there a way to force the page to recognize the block properly when placed inside of an accordion?
