Visual Composer not working

Hi,

The Visual Composer stopped working on our site.

So far we have updated the theme to latest version (Newspaper 7.1.1), updated the VC plugin with this instructions and still, the VC is not working as it used to be.

Any advice?

Hello esplota,

Please check again if you are using the latest version of the Theme with Visual Composer on 4.11.2 and also, make sure if this process was made only via FTP because this is the surest method in this regard. Try to clear all your caches and test it again. Also, if you are using some untested plugins, try to disable all of them and leave just Visual Composer to active and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins.
So, if your plugin is still there after these changes, please try to make a new fresh install from scratch with the latest version of the theme, leave just Visual Composer installed and check the results.

Hi and Thank you,

I updated the plugin with the plugin included on the subfolder named “patch_7.1_7.1.1” within the Newspaper Version 7.11 update and it is working fine 🙂

Problem is that VC is now requesting a License … when I connect to Envato, it doesn’t find any license.

Any suggestion here?

Hello esplota,

We didn’t included V 4.12 in theme’s path yet. This new version is in testing and after all tests are made we will update the theme and will included it in the path. You can ignore that message regarding to update the Visual Composer.
