First: Sorry for my bad English level. I use a translator.
Issue: Google Page Speed detects problems (javascript) in the optimized publications.

All is optimized and all css/js are now in footer (correct mode). BUT I think it does, before css / js inline generated by the theme. Maybe that’s the problem?
Other Query: Does css / js inline generated by the theme, can be loaded before the css / js normal (links) resources, with the activated plugin Speed Booster? No matter if it disables the personalized from the panel. How can I do it?

The css/js generated inline by the theme can’t be moved to footer as it is required for each block added on the page. For each block where ajax it’s used the theme generate a custom javascript which can’t be moved to footer with current implementation for blocks. This is also the case with the inline css. However that css/js does not influence the way other resources are loaded on the page, or the way google render the page.
