Noticing that the block elements will not for a 2nd or 3rd column but instead all the formatting stays in the left (1st) column. Trying to use elements Block 1 and Block 3 which are both two column blocks.
Any thoughts?
Hello Rocket1j,
Unfortunately, I do not exactly understand what you want to mean. So, please notice that our blocks have been designed to be used in 1/2/3 columns using the Visual Composer, according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-use-visual-composer/
If you refer to something else, please provide more details about what you want to achieve, so I will be able to provide a more accurate response.
Thanks for your understanding!
We’re choosing a block style that has two columns however it is displaying as a one column block. This occurs no matter the 2-column block style I choose. We are also using the recommended column with sidebar option.
Hello Rocket1j,
Upon further investigations, I have noticed that your Block layout are different to our demo for Block 3 and that’s why the block it do not display as properly. I suspect that you have some additional customizations which damage the layout. If you have something like this, please try to revert back to the default settings, without any untested plugins and see how it will work. Clear all your caches and check the results.
So, if your problem is still there, please make a new clean install from scratch with the default settings and see how it works.
Thanks for your understanding!
