Hi.

Mobile Theme Plugin on my website doesn’t work correctly. Sometimes I and my readers see on PC mobile version of posts.

I don’t know what to do with this. Theme shows mobile version for some time. And then everything ok again. I tried to empty all cache. I doesn’t work.

Here is screenshot.

Hello Gorobets,

I suspect this issue comes from your untested plugins. Please try to clear all of them, leave just Visual Composer to active and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins. You will have to clear all your caches, (server caches), purge CDN file if you are using the CDN system and check it again and see how it will work.

Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!

Thanks for the message!

Hi, Catalin.

Thank you for the answer. I did everything you said.

1. I disabled all plugins.

2. I activated only three plugins: Visual Composer, Mobile Theme, WP Super Cache.

3. I cleared all caches in WP Super Cache (I don’t use CDN).

Then I went to the one of the posts on my website from mobile phone. I saw the mobile version of the post.

Then I visited the same post from PC. And theme showed me mobile version again. I tried to clear cache. It didn’t help.

I tried another way. First I opened another post from PC. I got standart version of the post. I visited the same post from mobile phone. And from mobile format was also as for PC, not mobile version.

So, as I understood, WP Super Cache caches the version of post for the device that first enter the post. And then shows this version for all devices.

Hello Gorobets,

I have checked your website and everything seems to display as expected. I suspect this problem being most likely from your caches from your server. Please contact your hosting provider and ask them to clear the cache from your dedicated server if you do not access to clear it and then test it again.

Thanks for your understanding!

My hosting provider is Bluehost. And he said that it’s impossible to clear cache on my server. So, for Mobile Theme I need to change server o hosting provider. ))

Thank you for the help. Any way I wanted to change provider. And it seems the time has come.

Hello tintin,

This type of issue come from your server cache and if you cannot erase it, unfortunately, you will get this issue when you are using the mobile theme. I suggest you changing your hosting provider because as far as I know you cannot erase the cache from your dedicated server from Bluehost provider.

Thanks for your understanding!
