I installed Newspaper a few days ago and have continuously gotten a “HTTP error” when I try to upload media (photos) in Insert Media. I do not get this error if I use any other theme and upload a photo.
What can I do to fix this? I also purchased visual composer because I thought that would help and it has not.

First of all, please ensure that you have fully updated your theme using the FTP method because this is the surest method in this regard and then you will have to increase the system status parameters according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/. So, if you cannot increase these parameters, please consult your hosting provider and ask them to do this thing. Try to disable all the active plugins and leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins.
