Video Playlist Is Not Working

I tried everything but it doesnt play videos. I had some of your colleagues give advice is a previous post, and that didnt work. I ended up email my log in detail to have it looked at but it wasnt followed through. Please how do I get my video playlist to work. Thanks

Please contact your host and make sure that php multibyte module is installed and activated – http://php.net/manual/en/mbstring.installation.php

I just did, it still doesnt work. you can find it on the front page of http://www.fashionghana.com. It just shows a blank playlist with no videos. I used our user id RYQenniNXyadCCENRFWi8A, when that didn’t work i tried the channel id UCRYQenniNXyadCCENRFWi8A, none of them work. What next?

Hello Nana,

I have tested on my side these 2 ID’s and seems not working because practically these does not exist on Youtube. Please try with this ID -> qN-QIMD4Dhg and you will see that our Youtube Player working as properly as you can see here -> http://screencast.com/t/P1M9NbDdI

Ok, so I get it, its not user id, its not playlist ids, is individual video ids. I might be the only one who didnt get it but i, think this could be made a little more clear. I was under the assumption that a user id could be used and the plug in will generate the playlist of videos from the account, or a playlist could be entered and the same will happen. If I am wrong and it can work by youtube playlist id please do let me know.
