How do I re-add the Stay Connected option so the sidebar like the demo?

I don’t know if I removed it or never added it, either way, I’m not sure how to add options on my sidebar for Facebook, Twitter, etc.

The sidebar widget is the social counter plugin. It is added in the sidebars from the widgets area of WP : http://screencast.com/t/pTQ54sqMB
