In social counter (widget and visual composer) FB and G+ return 0 instead of proper values
twitter instagram and Youtube works ok.
Recently upgraded 6.7 to 7.11 via ftp
tagDiv Social Counter 4.1
WPBakery Visual Composer 4.11.2
Facebook social counter: created App ID and Got succesfully token as per documentation

Cleared cache and restarted web server as well
Disabled all plug-ins
Nothing solved
Please tagDiv team, stop repeating the same answer because we are using the correct versions and tell us why this doesn’t work. I second athabaska, I tried the same thing and it doesn’t work. I’ve created 3 facebook apps and the same result: 0 fans

If you set everything up properly and cleared all caches, the counter should work as expected. Maybe there is a cache you are not aware of. Some hosting providers have cache already set up on the host itself and that means, you have to wait until that is also reset. If you still have issues with the counter please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide a link to your site and a username and password so we can login and inspect the counter.
(We provide the same answer because the problem is the same for all people. There is no problem only old versions, missed settings, or caching. The plugin works.)

unfortunately Google Plus is still displaying 0 followers instead of 24k.
The facebook one solved by itself after few hours, while the Google one still return a null value.
Changing G+ username it displays the correct numbers.
Our username is a G+ page, don’t know if this makes difference.
It has been succesfully working till the upgrade.

If another g+ account provides the correct values, then it maybe has something to do with your g+ account. Please check to see if it;s set to public as this is needed by the plugin to grab the info. Please provide a link to your site so we can inspect the g+ counter.
