We have acquired a site which uses the Newspaper theme, but the licence belongs to the previous owner. At his request we have purchased the theme so that it will be properly licenced to us. However, I don’t want to lose the configuration of the current theme by simply replacing the old theme with the new one, as they are the same theme. How should I proceed?
