Hello. I haven’t updated my theme for a while since all was functioning properly. I noticed you have several updates and I just applied the patch for 3.7-3.8. However, I believe I missed previous patches and so I am getting errors and needed to reinstall everything from my previous version. Do you have a cumulative update patch so I can make the update from my current version to 3.8? Or, do you have another method/instructions that I can use that will not completely lose formatting and customizations I’ve made. If I overwrite everything with the latest version all my customizations get wiped out. WordPress currently shows me as having version 3.x of Newspaper theme.

Save a copy of your files first, then upload the whole 3.8 theme. No other way. You’ll have to manually re-enter your customizations. See my reply to your other post about this for more details.
Kronos, a short follow up to my previous message.
Tagdiv is doing a phenomenal job with this theme, and has upgraded the import/export options, so it really cuts down on the time needed to transfer all our settings, fonts, etc. from the previous version.
What I did was export all thoses settings and customizations and then import them using the tools Tagdiv built for us.
Just a phenomenal team and theme.
Of course, you may already be well aware of these add-ons to the theme.

Sure. When you said customizations that had to be moved I jumped to the obvious meaning – code. Glad it was just the settings as those are easily upgraded, and upgrading the theme doesn’t need anything done with them.
