I want to add signup form to the website, so how do i add a blank page template which wont have a sidebar and footers.

Hello,
Our theme does not provide such an option so it has to be made custom. We can provide such a blank template but you will have to request it at contact@tagdiv.com as this forum does not accept file sharing.
