Missing editor on home page

Not sure when this happened, but I seem to have lost the edit box for my home page:

I’m currently have:

WP: 4.5.1
NewsMag: 2.3.7
Visual Composer: 4.9

I was updating plugins a while back… I may have accidentally updated VC outside of NewsMag…

It is just the home page with VC that I am having this trouble with. All other edit pages load normally with th edit box.

Ok, updated to Newsmag 3, updated VC to the one included with Newsmag 3, updated to WP 4.5.3…. now all is well and working 🙂

Please check role manager section from Visual Composer’s options and make sure that you have it enabled for pages: http://screencast.com/t/P7sQhGeK6 If you still can’t manage to solve this pleas provide a screen from your backend so I can have a close look on this.
