Hi,
If you want to add a youtube badge in the social counter, you will have to edit the plugin files. We have not tested this to work with the social counter so I;m not sure it will. If you do not have the proper coding knowledge to implement it, we suggest hiring a freelancer from sites like studio.envato.com as we cannot provide any custom work at the moment.
As for the follow us section. i could not find it in your footer and the screenshot does not work.
