how the rss feed is working at newspaper?
I’m seeing at theme->social networks and option RSS Link to : RSS. What is that?

Yes this is very helpful. If you install and this extension:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/featured-images-for-rss-feeds/
there are no problems with the feature image.
Can i somehow take in RSS Feed only one category from the site?

domainname/category/CategoryName/feed
