I have a question: when we embed a facebook video in a post (selecting “video” as format), how can we automatically show the preview?
Because now we have to find a picture and put it as “featured” image. Any solutions, alternatives?

Unfortunately the featured video filed only accepts youtube or vimeo videos: http://screencast.com/t/u0AwHJnnFc
Unfortunately adding a new video source is no easy task and we have no simple solution to provide. We have this request on our to do list and hopefully in a future version we will be able to provide such an option.

Because we want to make the newspaper also in spanish and czech.

Unfortunately there is no tested/recommended plugin I can suggest. We have made a few tests with qtranslate x though and it seemed to work properly.

Im facing a little issue: here I want to show only the grid of posts (without that main rectangular on top and the two big squares under it). I selected as CATEGORY TOP POSTS STYLE > disable and as ARTICLE DISPLAY VIEW > M5 but doesnt work.

Do you mean that you cannot disable the Big Grid from category page?
Please check this without any plugins active except Visual Composer and see if it works. Is this happens only for category settings or the theme settings are not saved?

we installed qtranslate. We need to know how to translate also the footer section. Is it possible with wordpress or should we code with html? We need to translate everything in the footer

Depends on what type of elements you want to translate from your footer section.
