I purchased Newspaper theme and is running on my website but i also want to purchase Newsmag – News Magazine Newspaper theme, so is it possible to migrate my content from Newspaper theme to Newsmag – News Magazine Newspaper theme?
Please advice as i want to change my theme to http://demo.tagdiv.com/newsmag_fashion/

Yes you can purchase Newsmag theme and use it instead of Newspaper. After you switch from Newspaper to Newsmag you have to regenerate your thumbnails and also make sure that you remove from pages all blocks that are not present in Newsmag theme.
Before makeing any changes make sure you do a full backup to your current wp-install and to the database also: https://codex.wordpress.org/WordPress_Backups
