View-Counter of Posts with pagination fails

I use in some post the pagination. If I view the post online, the counter scores for the view of every single page. That’s bad and increment the counter synthetically. But even worse: On page 2 the counter scores 2 new views. On page 3 3 new views. And so on!!! The result is incorrect. And if you sort the post by views, it falsifying the result dramatically.

I have a problem with the pagination of the categories.
I proceeded to create any custom post type.
I duplicated the category page using the slug of category connect to custon post type. Example: category-ricette.php.
Browsing the categories of these fields, the pagination does not work.
Here’s an example:

Another thing: how can I increase the number of items per page in categories?
