Hi,
We are setting up a new blog using the header layout style Hybrid Menu 2 and would like to be able to modify the current presets to have a ticker bar show up in the top bar instead of the login/date/weather options provided.
What would be the best way to go about this?

Hi,
We have not tested the news ticker in the top bar so I’m not sure if this will work . If you want to add visual composer shortcodes in specific places, you have to do it with this function: https://developer.wordpress.org/reference/functions/do_shortcode/
Add a do_shortcode function in the top bar file here: http://screencast.com/t/nD65Ltx1Vzix
It will probably need further adaptation as the trneding now element was not designed to work from the top bar.
