sir,
In my site Contributors have no option for upload featured image,only upload a featured image link for administer panel. How they can upload image for post?

Please notice that this is not theme related but only WordPress related. Please consult the Roles and Capabilities here -> https://codex.wordpress.org/Roles_and_Capabilities and there you will see that the Contributors do not have any permissions in this regard.
