Hi,
I am having a problem with mobile theme. Features images are not showing for some of the posts and are displayed normally for other posts.
Thry are all visible on desktop and on mobile if I disable mobile theme.
Can’t find any reason for that. I have tried clearing cache and adding a different image but does not help.
Is there something I am missing?

Hi,
Please provide a link to your site pointing at a post that does not display the image properly. You can try to disable all plugins except visual composer and clear all caches to exclude plugin conflicts.

Going to a list of articles on homepage you can see some of them with and others without an image.

Please try to purge CDN files if you are using the CDN system, clear server caches for your dedicated server and if you do not have any access to do it, please request this to your hosting provider and use only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and not untested plugins to rule out the conflicting between plugins. However, if your problem is still there, please make a new clean install from scratch and check the results. Our theme is fully tested with mobile theme plugin and should not appear any issue in this regard because it work as properly.

I have done all of the above, disabled all plugins, cleared cache and purged CDN. However it is still the same problem so I am pretty sure at this point it is the theme problem.
I have updated to the latest version in the meantime and it has completely screwed up the mobile site so now its total crap. I am not really happy about this theme as it is presented, seems it is not delivering neither half of the promise. Very disappointing.

Unfortunately, we know about this error caused by our latest update (7.3). Please notice that our developers are hard working and we hope to solve this issue as soon as possible. Until we fix it, please deactivate the mobile plugin and the theme will be switched to the general responsiveness mobile version.

Thanks for your answer, I hope it will be resolved soon because responsive mobile is not the best option really since it’s several times slower.
I have managed to find a problem for images after all. Every image that had some latin characters was not displayed. I simply renamed the image and re-uploaded them and it worked.
I am not sure if this is theme or WordPress bug?

Please try to download again the theme from the Theme Forest because we have fixed the issue regarding on Mobile theme but the version of it has not been changed…it is still 7.3 version.
