Please notice that all of these changes could be done when you edit your homepage. There you will see all the ROWS and the COLUMNS and you can add anything you like. Also, if you want to change the banner you will have to edit the Revolution Slider content. Please refer to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/import-revolution-sliders-on-demos/ If you want to add some of this Slider, you will have to create your own slider using this plugin. For more information about how you can use this plugin, please try to read the documentation and then try to implement yourself this slider -> https://www.themepunch.com/revslider-doc/slider-revolution-documentation/ If you are not aware of the steps in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide customization services at the moment, sorry!

In visual composer columns you can place visual composer and theme elements. Each element has block settings which let you filter posts in different ways. Please check this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/block-settings-guide/
If the revolution slider element is what you are referring to, the slider has to be configured from the plugin itself and not through visual composer. For more details on how to create sliders and filter posts, please check the official revolution slider documentation.
