my website http://www.efendidergi.com set the menu as sticky or smart snap. it works good on desktop, but when I open the page on iphone with Safari or chrome, the problem happens. When I pull the webpage all the way down then up very fast many times, sometimes, the sticky menu does not appear quick enough so it was cut by the address bar or it disappears.
Then the menu stuck like that until I scroll the web up.

I have checked your website and I saw that your sticky menu is working fine now. So, if your problem reappears, please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins.
