what is the best way to display standard WP meta custom fields?
I need to display fields in blocks on front page, on categories and single view.

The display custom fields on pages you will need to edit theme’s core files and echo out the custom filed as needed. For more details about custom fields and how they can be used please check this link: https://codex.wordpress.org/Custom_Fields
Note that you will need some codding skills and customizations to achieve the desired result. If you’re not aware of the steps you need to take in this regard please consider hiring a developer or a freelancer to do this for you as we can’t offer customization services at the moment.
