I need the layout of the post template (#5) but apply it to a page. I that possible? I copied the default template and I was going to paste in the info from the ‘td_category_top_posts_style_5’ file. But … maybe there is an easier way to do it.

To achieve that you will need a new page template as a staring point. The code which generate post template 4 won’t work just with copy/paste as a page template. You will need some customizations in order to achieve the desired result.
This is a complex task which involve lots of customizations in order to be achieved. We can’t offer customization services at the moment so if you really need this and you’re not aware of the steps you need to take in this regard please consider hiring a developer or a freelancer to do this for you.
