Hi,

My website is https://www.ordinarygamer.co.uk/ and I have added the MailChimp for WordPress plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/mailchimp-for-wp/ that has the ability to add a opt-in checkbox for the newsletter on user registration. Is there anyway to get this working with your custom registration form?

Thank you.

Hello dan958,

Unfortunately, this type of plugin has not been tested with our theme and we cannot say for sure if ti will work as expected with our product. Please notice that our registration form uses the default structure of WordPress form and customization items not affecting the structure of it. If it not working as properly, please notice that you will need to do some custom work in order to achieve best results and we cannot provide these types of services at the moment, sorry!
If you are not aware with these steps, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you!

Thanks for your understanding!

Hello,

I also have the same request. Where would I make the custom changes to the registration pop-up in the Newspaper theme?

Thanks!

Hello Sjayne,

Notice that if you want to add this, you should edit the td-login-modal.php core file because there has been created the sign-in pop-up, like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/yD5oKbbj7ub If you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide custom work at the moment, sorry!

Thanks for the message!

Hello,

I don’t have that file in that directory. I re-downloaded the theme and manually added that file, but any changes I make to it do not reflect on the live site.

Do I need to link that file somewhere since it originally was not in the parts/header/ directory?

Thanks!

Hello Sjayne,

Unfortunately, I do not know what type of changes you want to do, sorry! Also, please notice that this file is part of the theme and it should be in theme packet, as well. Otherwise, you should make a new clean install with the theme via FTP and check the folders. If you do not have good coding skills and if you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take for your desired changes, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide custom work at the moment, sorry!

Thanks for your understanding!
