Hi,
Is it possible to control the featured image when using the featured video feature? It seems it takes a random pic instead of just the begin image.

Hi
The theme picks the first frame of the video as a featured image. Try to deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer, clear all caches then test the site again and check how it goes.
