Big white space in my site

Hi there,

I’m useing Newspaper theme in my arabic site, And before translate this theme i’m see a big white space in my site.

Hello,
Sorry for the late response, we do not work on weekends. The support hours are posted in the top right of the screen: Support Hours (GMT+2) Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 17:00 PM
I have checked your site but did not see any blank space. It could have been a caching issue and since then the cache got cleared. it sometimes happens when switching themes while using cache. Please let us know if you have further trouble with this.
