Revolution Slider Mod_Security Issue

Hi,

I know this is a common problem and I just want to see if it’s been fixed yet. I can’t run the Revolution Slider that comes with the Newspaper 7 theme because of HostGator’s security protocols. I contacted Hostgator and they couldn’t do anything about it. The Revolution Slider people can’t help me because I’m not a “direct buyer”. Has there been a solution to this problem yet?

I believe the issue is known as the mod_security issue.

Unfortunately, until now we have not received any bad reports in this regard and we are not aware of this type of problem because it is not theme related, but only for hosting provider related. Please try to search an online solution or you should try to change your hosting provider to another.
