Theme Won't Allow Me To Customize/Edit Page & Posts

I installed this theme on my website, SportsRants.com, when I did so it did a number of strange things forcing me to revert back to my prior theme:

– Would not allow me to Edit Posts OR Pages (It simply went to a blank page)
– Did Not Display any content on the home page (I could not find where to even set this up)
– All my existing content had no featured image set, however when I reverted to my prior theme it showed the previously set featured image.

I installed the theme and installed the ‘Magazine Demo’. From there it simply created issues. I do like the layout and with my other theme being limited I thought this was the best route to go. I just cannot wrap my head around the issues I am experiencing.

Would it matter that I have Buddypress deactivated at the moment? I’m not sure how to resolve the issue and how to setup the homepage

HI

Please make sure that you installed the theme and Visual Composer plugin according with our documentation: https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-how-to-update-the-theme/https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-how-to-update-visual-composer-plugin/ also try to deactivate all other plugin, clear all caches, purge cdn files if you’re using then test again.
Let us know how it goes and if the problem persist please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your login credentials and we will inspect this issue as soon as possible, also include a link to this topic.
