I posted on the Themeforest page. I do not believe it has anything to do with private videos or a plugin as the problem persisted after disabling plugins. I’ve linked a page below as an example of the problem.
For some reason, Featured Video thumbs work on some pages and not others. Please see below.

Below is the error they are getting when posting some featured videos:

I’ve checked your site and noticed that for some video posts the thumb is not properly generated. Please contact your host provider and ask him if gd library is enabled on your server.
Let us know how it goes and if the problem persist please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your login credentials and we will inspect this issue as soon as possible, also include a link to this topic.
