I tried loading a revolution slider but it is not working. I started with Big Grid 7 at top of page and it looks like this : http://www.awesomescreenshot.com/image/1479972/2ff9765587dbb049cc6dd785576dcf8b

This is what happens when I replace the big grid with a slider from Revolution slider :http://www.awesomescreenshot.com/image/1479987/a82a42d9cd5097e343b95e830144d3a5

My slider settings are here:http://www.awesomescreenshot.com/image/1479995/683d1c3c34b052f34b7dfae973595505

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Turns out the conflict is between Slider Revolution and Woo Commerce. When Woo Commerce is de-activtated the slider works. When I re-activate Woo Commerce, the slider disappears. Any suggestions? The Revolution Slider people don’t seem to offer support for plugins that come with a theme, so I am hoping you can help.

Hi,

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee the compatibility between woocommerce and revolution slider. These 2 plugins worked fine together for a long time, but it seems that latest updates made them incompatible. Unfortunately we cannot do anything about it as we will have to wait for future updates and see if the compatibility issue gets fixed. I’m sure that the plugin developers already know about the issue. You could try to check these steps for the blue letters: https://theme-fusion.com/knowledgebase/white-screen-after-installing-the-theme/

I hope this helps.
Thank you!
