How to show featured image on all pages when using pagination?

Hi guys,

I was hoping someone can help with the following. I want to use pagination to split up my articles over several pages as it helps boost my Google Adsense earnings. However, I recently received a policy violation warning from Google because the ads show above the fold of the article as the featured image only shows on the first page of the article. So can anyone tell me how to show the featured image on all of the pages when using pagination?

HI

The theme uses the default pagination from WordPress and to achieve the desired result are required many customizations and tests.
We can’t offer customization services at the moment so if you really need this and you’re not aware of the steps you need to take in this regard please consider hiring a developer or a freelancer to do this for you.
