Hello, I purchased this theme about two or so months ago when it was still version 3.2. I am now trying update to v3.8 and I am having difficulties.
I thought it would be as simple as overwriting the files, but that didn’t work. WordPress nor the cPanel recognized that any of the files were different so nothing changed.
Second, I tried the Envato Toolkit to update the theme which ended up breaking it.
As a result, I reuploaded the newer files as the active theme, but it still tells me that it’s v3.2.
What am I doing wrong?

there is some kind of cache active. We can try to install it for you if you send us FTP access and wp-admin access. contact@tagdiv.com
