I wonder why our FB Social Counter widget isn’t showing any of our page likes? I had used the tutorial found here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-social-counter-tutorial/
Is it because we don’t have a customized facebook URL yet?

If you followed every step of the guide but still cannot get it to work, please make sure you have the latest version of the social counter plugin (4.1)
If you have the latest version and the counter still does not work, then please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin so we can investigate.

Hi there.
I’m trying to figure out the same. I followed the video tutorial and have 0 in Facebook likes. My page is a Community, have the Facebook Application as online (not in test/dev mode).
I try on online website and offline (wamp) have the same thing.
On the online website, I saw another thing, in widget page, some items are disabled like td_demo_sidebare_fashion/tech/sport/video/fashion etc. Now I can’t setup facebook id, key etc …
Someone can help please ?

At least in my case, it looks like there was about a 12-hr delay. It wasn’t working last night, but as of this morning the numbers are correct. So following the steps in the tutorial did work, even if the screen shots don’t seem to match up exactly with the Facebook developers site.

The facebook developers change their layout quite often so it;s hard to keep up with their modifications.
The social counter is not a live count. It makes only a few request per day to the server in order to keep server queries to a minimum. It is also affected by cache so it will help clearing all caches after you set it up.
