I tried on two website (test and prod) i have the same behavior.
I tried to remove all plugin and clear cache, it’s KO

Please notice that if you import the demo with content, only the pictures from there are available for customers. Perhaps, you are referring to the images which are displayed to our demo preview, right? Please notice that all of these images are not available for our customers because we have copyright for all of these and it could be used only from our in this case and we cannot distribute because we are not aware doing this. I have checked your website and I saw that you are using background. Please notice that when you are using some background, the layout of the theme will become boxed and that’s why your featured image for template style 7 is not in full width.
