Newspaper 7 – SEO Question

Newspaper 7 recommend WordPress SEO.

I’ve searched the plugins but there isn’t one that I can see that is just called WordPress SEO.

Any recommendations?

My website will be primarily a blog but I will also add an shop in a few months.

I have never worked with wordpress before, are automated seo better? Can I have an automated and a manual SEO plugin or would that not work?

Any suggestions welcome 🙂
