Hello,
Please try to remove any design options you might have added to the block or simply delete it and create a new block 1 with the same settings. if you still have trouble with it, please provide a link to your site so we can inspect it.
Thank you!

Hello WebK,

I have checked your website and I saw the clutter for the block 1. Also, I have checked your console and I have notice that you are some js.error and also, you are using the child theme. Please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins. All of these tasks you will have to do in the main theme and then check the results.

Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!

Thanks for your understanding!

Hi Catalin,

So you mean i should not use the child theme? Before you posted this thread i went and disabled the plugins one by one and activated them to see what is causing issues, however didnt see any diffrence tho i was still on child theme.

I dod notice that by going into Backend–>newspaper–>System Status.. –> SPEED BOOSTER comes with following error..

v4.5 – Disabled – incompatible plugin detected: pagerestrict/pagerestrict.php

v4.5 – Disabled – incompatible plugin detected: mailchimp-for-wp/mailchimp-for-wp.php

v4.5 – Disabled – incompatible plugin detected: mailchimp-campaign-archive/main.php

v4.5 – Disabled – incompatible plugin detected: issuupress/issuupress.php

v4.5 – Disabled – incompatible plugin detected: eventON/eventon.php

v4.5 – Disabled – incompatible plugin detected: duplicate-post/duplicate-post.php

Does this mean non of the listed plugins should be activated.. that cant be right??

I need theme and dont think it should cause any issues however is there way so that the speed booster can work with listed plugins above?

——> So are you saying i should just use the main theme and NOT the child ?

Hello WebK,

Please notice that this is not talking about we do not recommend child theme. So, you can use this but please be more carefully. I said you to switch the theme to the main theme because I assume that you have some additional customizations through it which can damage the layout of the theme. As a priority, when you have the Child Theme active, in the first time all the code from child theme will be applied to your website and then will follow the conditions from the main theme.

The speed booster plugin does not work for you at this moment so disabling it will not affect anything. The plugin has a list of compatible plugins in it’s code and if any plugin is found that is not on that particular list it is programmed to shut down.
This is the compatibility list: http://screencast.com/t/hcjLnOqh4i2
There is, however, a workaround if you truly wish to use speed booster with your current plugins, you can make it work by removing or commenting out this code here: http://screencast.com/t/RZLIOPUNdqh

Thanks for your understanding!

Thank you..

I discovered why the BLOCK 1 was not displaying correctly and that was due to one of the Visual Composer ROW SETTINGS on the home page ( disable row ) was ticket and that was somehow causing issues to the block 1 which was on another row..
