thanks for response. Unfortunately, Facebook counter don’t work from 2 weeks. Infact it is blocked to “1013 Fans” from 2 weeks (Page have 2.5k likes).

I’ve checked your site and noticed that you’re using an older version of Newspaper theme. http://screencast.com/t/5mtyHoL3b Try to update the theme at V 7.3 which is available on themeforest and also update Visual Composer at V 4.12 and Social Counter at V 4.1. Social Counter must be configured according with our documentation: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-social-counter-tutorial-2/ These versions are included in theme’s path. After the update process it’s over clear all caches then test the site again.

So, I tried to download and install the updating from Themeforest but, importing the zip file it appears this message:
“The package can not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.”
how can I solve?

Please make sure that you follow our documentation for update process: https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-how-to-update-the-theme/ You need to unzip the archive downloaded from themeforest and upload in your wordpress Newsmag.zip file.
