Can't insert pop under ad

Hi, I have a specific piece of code that I want to insert into my newsmag website, but it’s not showing up no matter where i put it. I have tried:

installing as a widget
installing as header code
installing as footer code
installing as sidebar code
Manually inputting into css file

Are you sure that code correct? From what I can see it only calls an external script. If you add the code in a js row from Visual Composer: http://screencast.com/t/3ZgHKM8YOyjH it will be rendered as a script and if that code is correct will display an output.

If the code works in Visual Composer it will also work if you add it in header or footer. Try adding the code in header.php or footer.php and check how goes: http://screencast.com/t/aZWLyS1L21
