I like to know if it’s possible to turn a post title in a link to direct download of a file.

Hello,
Our theme has no such option so you will have to use plugins for it. Maybe a redirect rule will do it. Our theme does not change the post title link that wordpress assigns to it so if you want to change the post title behavior, it will have to be done through WP not the theme.
